UK delivery

Second Story Jewellery currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery: £4.99 per order.
Express delivery: £6.99 per order.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout. Any future changes to our delivery charges will apply to new orders only; we will not ask you to pay extra postage after your order has been accepted.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day after payment is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

For Standard delivery, we aim for your order to arrive within three working days of placing it. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. For Express delivery, we select a faster available postal service; the estimated delivery dates shown at checkout apply. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier's delivery time. Some destinations and circumstances may require additional time.

Tracked and covered postage

We plan to send orders through Royal Mail, using tracked postage with compensation cover appropriate for jewellery and the full value of the order. We select the service according to the parcel and its value. Jewellery is securely packaged, and tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact johnlockett@hotmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please retain packaging and photographs of any damage where possible. Tracking and carrier compensation do not limit your statutory rights or our responsibility for delivery.
