Beautiful things deserve another chapter.

There is something rather special about discovering a piece of jewellery that has already lived a life.

Perhaps it’s a delicate silver ring tucked away in an antique shop, a beautiful old pendant that catches the light just so, or a bracelet whose craftsmanship speaks of another time. We may never know the stories these pieces could tell, the hands that once wore them, or the moments they have quietly witnessed. But we believe that is part of their magic.

We are a small, family-run business born from a shared love of antiques, vintage jewellery and the simple pleasure of discovering something beautiful where others might not think to look.

For years, we’ve loved spending our time wandering through antique shops, exploring hidden corners, and searching for treasures with character, history and individuality. Our own home is filled with pieces we’ve discovered along the way, each chosen not simply for its value, but because something about it captured our imagination.

Second Story grew naturally from that passion.

In a world where so much beautiful vintage jewellery is valued only for the weight of its silver or gold, we wanted to celebrate something more: the artistry, craftsmanship and timeless beauty of pieces that deserve to be worn and loved, rather than forgotten or melted down.

We believe jewellery should be treasured for what it is, not simply what it’s worth.

Every piece we discover is individually selected because we see something special in it. Some are elegant and understated, others unusual and full of character. Some show the gentle marks of a life already lived, while others seem almost untouched by time.

And while we may not know their past, we love the thought of being part of their future.
